We popped in one day with the family and figured we would take a look, we weren’t certain if we would find something that could work for us, but when we met Liam, this kind and cool person was not only incredibly attentive and humble, but he listened to what we were aiming for and never gave up on us, he found us a beautiful car that I never thought I’d get into, even when I had my doubts that could find decent rates and insurance rates, he went above and beyond every day and was incredibly good at resourcing and using all of his abilities to find us insurance, good quotes and even detailed and fixed up the car at our request with no concerns. Me and my fiancé honestly couldn’t have done this without such a kind person and he kept up amazing communications so we never felt out of the loop on each decision we made. He helped us so much and we can’t thank Liam enough for his effort, support and compassion. We hope he stays happy and continues to shine the way he did for me and my fiancé! Was going through a divorce and my car was co-signed by my spouse and I wanted to get rid of the car so I went to a few places and cause of my negative equity most places wouldn’t look at me, so I figured I’d go and try my luck with house of cars Lethbridge and the atmosphere there is so friendly and welcoming, they are not like your average dealership where they just flock to you and try to get you into something you aren’t really sure of but my salesman Robert Roy was the best, his attitude and friendly gestures made me feel welcome and when he asked what I was looking for or wanting to do he bent over backwards to help me in my situation, my spouse wouldn’t take half the negative equity house of cars still managed to get me into a vehicle that I was comfortable in again and happy with what I got. I purchased a vehicle about a year ago. Friendly staff and my vehicle has been great until a week ago. The reason I went to a dealership is so that I could get a warranty to cover any non cosmetic repairs. I was told that that wouldn't be an issue. I specifically mentioned engine repairs and was told that if the engine breaks, your warranty will cover it. I just spoke with the warranty company and found out I was lied to. This was a deal breaker for me in the negotiations for my car. I got a premium warranty specifically because I wanted the repairs from normal wear and tear to be covered. I was assured that everything was covered except for some cosmetic stuff. I was lied to. Please do not buy a vehicle here.
